About Us | First Baptist Church Kosse

First Baptist Church Kosse is a welcoming church family located in Kosse, Texas, about 42 miles southeast of Waco and 61 miles northwest of College Station. We are affiliated with the Bi-Stone Baptist Association and are committed to creating a place where people feel loved, accepted, and encouraged.

Our church is centered on the truth of God’s Word and the good news of Jesus Christ. Our desire is that everyone who walks through our doors leaves knowing Christ more deeply and encouraged to follow Him more faithfully. We are committed to sharing the gospel and showing the love of Christ through both our words and our actions.

We Believe

We believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate; was
crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day
He arose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the
right hand of God, the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come
to judge the living and the dead.
