Matt Homer 

Interim Pastor

Matt Homer serves as the interim pastor of Kosse First Baptist Church with a heart for preaching God’s Word, strengthening families, and serving the Kosse community.

 

 

He attended Bible college in Missouri and has continued his education with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Administration, and a Master of Science in Political Science.

 

In addition to pastoring, Matt is a Government Instructor at Northeast Texas Community College, where he enjoys teaching and mentoring students.

 

Matt is married to his wife, Christina, who serves as the Church’s Youth Leader. Together they have six children and enjoy spending time as a family and serving the Lord together.
